PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT / 2026—2028

A roadmap grounded in progressive validation.

We are translating a clear technical thesis into a practical product through independent development, measurable evaluation and feedback from engineering users.

4 phases

An incremental path from prototype to deployment readiness.

2 core products

AeroBase and AeroEvidence anchor our initial development.

9 design principles

Guidance, Control and Design inform our evolving product philosophy.

Forward-looking milestones are targets, not completed achievements or guarantees.

2026 / Q4

01 — Foundation

Establish the independent product foundation and demonstrate an evidence-first aerospace research workflow using publicly available or properly licensed sources.

Planned outputs
  • Public website and product narrative
  • Curated sample corpus and metadata schema
  • Independent retrieval and evidence-trace prototype
Validation gates
  • Source-rights and provenance checks
  • Repeatable evaluation questions
  • Documented limitations and technical risks
2027 / H1

02 — Integrated MVP

Unify structured aerospace knowledge indexing and verifiable retrieval in an early minimum viable product.

Planned outputs
  • AeroBase document ingestion and search
  • AeroEvidence source-linked research workspace
  • Review, correction and research-history workflow
Validation gates
  • Retrieval quality and citation-coverage evaluation
  • Usability testing on representative tasks
  • Security and deployment architecture review
2027 / H2

03 — Design Partner Pilots

Test practical utility with prospective aerospace organizations while defining a sustainable service model.

Planned outputs
  • Scoped pilot engagements, subject to partner interest
  • Task-specific feedback and quality measurements
  • Service packaging for knowledge-base buildouts
Validation gates
  • Documented time-to-evidence and review effort
  • Partner feedback and measurable product improvements
  • Commercial and operational feasibility assessment
2028

04 — Secure Deployment & Growth

Explore a security-conscious deployment option and expand reliable aerospace intelligence use cases when earlier milestones have been validated.

Planned outputs
  • AeroSecure reference deployment architecture
  • Data-access boundaries and operational controls
  • Broader domain integrations where rights permit
Validation gates
  • Security and operational readiness
  • Repeatability of deployments and support
  • Sustainable demand and pricing evidence
EXECUTION PRINCIPLES

How we will make the roadmap credible

Evidence and rights

Only openly available, appropriately licensed or customer-authorized information may enter a product corpus. Research provenance is preserved.

Honest reporting

Planned features are labeled as planned. Prototypes, pilots and production deployments are reported as distinct states.

Human oversight

Retrieval and AI-generated syntheses support engineering work; they do not substitute for qualified technical review.

Independent development

Institutional IP, confidential documents and third-party infrastructure are not represented as GCD9R assets.
